How we choose our picks

Jammies.com.au is a new publication and we're upfront about it. Today, our recommendations are research-led — we have not yet published any in-house hands-on product reviews.

How our current picks are chosen

For every guide, our editors compare products against the same criteria using publicly available information:

• Fabric & construction — fibre composition, weave, weight (GSM) and certifications (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, FSC).
• Fit & size range — published size charts, inclusivity and cut.
• Customer reviews — sentiment and recurring themes across the retailer's own reviews and third-party review sites.
• Brand reputation — track record, returns policy and Australian availability.
• Value — price relative to fabric quality and the comparable set.

What's coming

Our in-house testing program is being built out across 2026 — purchased-at-retail sets, multi-week wear, wash-cycle durability and a published scoring rubric. Published reviews will be clearly labelled with the test date and a summary of how they were tested.
